Easter Weekend Bus (3-day Weekend)

The Easter Weekend bus will leave WVU on Thursday, 4/14/2022 and will return to WVU on Easter Sunday, 4/17/2022. There are no classes on Friday, 4/15/2022, however there are classes on Monday, 4/18/2022.  Please make sure your student can use this bus home on Thursday, 4/14/2022 with no academic implication.

We need a minimum of 40 riders and in the event we don’t get to that number the bus will be cancelled and everyone will receive a full refund. We will make the final determination on Friday, 4/1/2022 prior to the bus running. However, based on interest expressed we anticipate receiving enough students to run the bus.

There is no Hamilton Train Station drop-off or pickup location for this bus run, but the Cherry Hill Train Station right of Route 70 which is around 30 miles further south down I-295 (Exit 34A).

Cost: $195 (Round Trip)

No refunds will be issued for this bus.  All reservations are final

Other important information:

  1. There is no ticket needed because the bus drive will have the list of name of students riding the bus. Please be sure to check-in with the driver.
  2. Please be on-time, because there are other buses leaving WVU and we only have a certain window we can be stopped to pick up students.
  3. The Bus company name is “STARR” and the name is clearly marked on the bus.
  4. No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the bus.
  5. The bus may stop for a rest room break but not necessarily for food, so we recommend students bring a snack and drink. Note there is a toilet on the bus.
  6. Luggage is limited to one (1) carry-on bag and one (1) large or two (2) small suitcase per rider. Note musical instruments for band members are permitted in addition to the carry-on and suitcase.
  7. Bus is equipped with Wi-Fi and there are instructions on the bus on how to connect.
  8. Please notify us of any plan changes, so the bus isn’t delayed trying to track down students.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent automatically once payment is processed.  If you do not receive a confirmation email please let me know.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Catching the bus is not an excusable reason to miss a class. Before booking either of these buses, please check your student’s schedule and make sure they do not have a class or can miss the class with no academic implication.
